Diversity and Inclusion at Appletree Law

At Appletree Law, we are committed to fostering a workplace that is inclusive, respectful, and reflective of the communities we serve.

We value diversity in all its forms, including age, gender, ethnicity, disability, religion, sexual orientation, and socio-economic background. We believe that an inclusive environment enables us to deliver better outcomes for our clients, and to grow as a team.

Our commitment is informed by regular diversity monitoring within the firm, which helps guide and shape our policies, priorities, and approach.

How frequently is the data collected?

As required by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), we collect diversity data from our staff every two years. While we are committed to transparency, we have not published a detailed summary of our most recent data to ensure that individual colleagues cannot be identified, in line with SRA and ICO data protection guidance.

We continue to review our policies and practices to ensure that Appletree Law offers equal opportunity, supports career progression, and remains a welcoming place to work.
